VoIP + Networks
Update: The Asterisk idea has since been abandoned and the fanless BSD box has been retired after the motherboard was nuked during a conversion to use a compact flash-based IDE drive. I’m still following Asterisk so I’ll keep this information around a while longer.
I’ve been asked by my In-laws to investigate if they could use the Asterisk PBX for a small business they run. To do this, I’m using my fanless FreeBSD server to run an Asterisk port at home.
As I work through the configuration of Asterisk, I’m going to try and post the learningses and links that I find useful along the way.
