		<description>Yep, totally agree with everything you've written here. I wish I'd known more about the syncing before buying my 160GB AppleTV as well but for the most part it's great. (BTW I thought the other version was 40GB, not 80?)

I'm slowly getting the hang of the right ffmpeg command line incantations to transcode MPEG2 streams into H.264 for display on the AppleTV. Replaying ABC-sourced episodes of Doctor Who being a key use case here.

Another big plus is the photo library syncing. I just love the fact that photos in Aperture are magically transported to the TV and pop up at screen saver time. It is frankly one of the best ways to enjoy one's photographs.</description>
