		<description><![CDATA[Heh, you&#039;re right Mr Geoff.  A picture of a working handwriting window is not a great way to punctuate my lament of Vista&#039;s halting problems.  I&#039;ve framed the image a little better and, added alt text too.  

I have to say that after a couple more patches the handwriting recognition is much more stable.   Occasional &quot;not responding&quot; issues, seem increasingly occasional.

The quality of recognition is excellent.  You don&#039;t even have to punch through anything with exclamation marks as shown above.  Often it recognises text I would have no hope of reading 10 minutes after I write it.]]></description>
