Joost is an on-demand (centralized, but peer-to-peer-assisted) video service backed by Janus Friis and Niklas Zennström — the folks who brought Kazaa and Skype into existence. I guess it is evident now that receiving US$2.6 billion for Skype didn’t slow down the flow of ideas.

So far, I’m just blown away by the response speed and video quality, if not the content. Take a look!
