		<description>I neglected to set that up when I was there.  I thought I would be called upon to help out more often.   Thankfully they do have knowledgeable friends within walking distance who should be able to extract them from sticky situations.

The remote desktop software is definitely going on next time I&#039;m visiting.  I think UltraVNC was my pick of a few years back.  I imagine some VNC variant would still be ideal.</description>
