20-Jun-2006

New theme!

This theme is a modified version of Safety, originally from here, and entered in a competition here.

Tweaks will continue in coming days. If you find any problems tell me!

Geneva! Wow, that takes me back to the good old days when there were only 10 fonts in the world and they were all named after cities.

It’s not the same unless it’s on a 512×384 monochrome 9″ display though.

    Needs more Verdana, methinks.

We can dance if we want to
We are young and so alive
We can act like we come from out of this world
We can leave them all far behind
    I said…

You know, this theme does give me a strange compulsion to dance with dwarves.

The shocking truth behind the safety dance. Apparently, including a dwarf in the music video was just a cynical play for the little-people market.

Awesome! It’s a song that entreats people to slam dance… if they want to.

I like how they arrive at the correct “myth.” Surely anything to do with Men Without Hats would be a legend.

There’s (how shall I put this) too many links on this page. Seriously.

And the prev/next article links have gone… Are the archive prev/next page links still there? Yes, I just checked. Good to see.

    Hmm.

I shall work on prev-next and trimming link-fodder.
